"I was searching for a new State Farm agent due to ongoing issues with a recently purchased auto policy, which ultimately led to my car registration being suspended by the Motor Vehicle Department (MVD). With a demanding job and no legal way to drive for over a week, I was desperate for help—but still wanted to stay with State Farm because of their competitive rates and my prior positive claims experience. Out of several agents I contacted, Lisa Hodges was the only one who answered the phone directly. She immediately understood the urgency, reviewed my policy on the spot, and assured me it could be fixed quickly. Within two hours, after a few text exchanges, she implemented a revised policy and had it reported to the MVD—my car registration was reinstated that same day. A week later, my wife and I met with Lisa to review our auto and home policies. She answered every question, made swift updates, and was both highly professional and genuinely pleasant to work with. I feel lucky to have found Lisa. She’s efficient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a dependable insurance agent."
